As of January 1st, 2009 we have reinstated our Low Income Spay/Neuter Certificate Program. The program is limited to residents of Tuolumne County only who can provide proof of eligibility (see downloadable application). Applications are also available at our shelter and our thrift store. ONLY MAILED IN APPLICATIONS will be accepted. 25 Vouchers will be given per month, with a maximum of 2 per household and 4 total per household per year.
